Professional info
In my practice, I design and create polymorph jewellery as well as DIY kits to allow my customers to try it out themselves. My inspiration, without a doubt is colour and I believe it is very important to revive any outfit whether it is on a lovely or a rainy day. I work with non-precious materials as I find them a lot more unique and far more interesting than those that are referred to as precious.
Experience
Volunteering at the Great Northern Contemporary Craft Fair.
The duties included helping artists with the set up and packing away of their work. Making sure the artists as well as the visitors were happy with the event and as part of my project, I have interviewed the artists taking part and leaning about the world of craft.
Collaboration with Students from different study backgrounds. Working together on a project which lead to displaying in an exhibition with 2022, Manchester in 2012.
